Skirt is made of lovely rich black velvet material. This is real velvet not stretch or velveteen. Skirt is full and gathered to a waistband. Zips closed up the back. Can be worn over a petticoat or small hoop skirt (90 inch circumference hoop max recommended). Hoop or petticoat is NOT included.
Looks GREAT on it's own or accent with a bustle or overskirt of your choice.
