The skirt is made of yards and yards of gorgeous lightweight satin material in your choice of Black or Brown with Black Trim.
Adorning the bottom of the skirt is a wide ruffle trimmed all around in lovely black gathered wide satin ribbon.
Very striking and full and great for a any costumed or fancy dress occasion!
Skirt is attached to a elastic waistband for easy fit. Skirt looks great over a petticoat or hoop skirt (shown), or you can wear it on it's own for a less full look .
Petticoat/Hoop is not included.

Skirt is made when you order it. We do not keep items in stock. Turn around time is quick on this piece however. 7-12 business days for delivery.
